What is your minimum order?

For made-to-measure projects, we work with minimum orders of 50 pieces. However, each request is studied individually.

For smaller volumes or prototypes, please contact us to discuss your specific project.

Where are your products made?

Our products are made in Turkey by our partner craftsmen who specialise in luxury leather goods.

Coordination, design and quality control are managed from our Swiss office in Reconvilier, guaranteeing Swiss excellence at every stage.

What are your production times?

Allow an average of 2-3 weeks for the prototype to be created and validated, then 4-8 weeks for series production, depending on the complexity and volume ordered.

For international delivery, add 3-7 days. We commit to precise deadlines and stick to them rigorously.

Do you offer prototypes before production?

Yes, systematically. We always create a physical prototype or pre-production run for validation before launching into series production.

This ensures that the end result is exactly what you want. Unlimited adjustments until you are completely satisfied.

What types of personalisation do you offer?

Absolutely anything can be made to measure. We can create entirely bespoke models, shapes, sizes and materials to suit your brand identity.
We also offer a full range of luxury branding techniques: laser engraving, hot stamping (gilding, silvering), screen printing, embroidery, embossing and debossing.

Do you guarantee the confidentiality of our projects?

Absolute confidentiality. We sign confidentiality agreements (NDA) with our customers.

What materials do you use?

We work with noble and responsible materials: calf, lamb and goat leathers, exotic leathers on request (ostrich, crocodile), premium textiles (cotton, linen, silk), recycled materials, precious woods and metals.

All our materials are traceable and ethically sourced.

What's the budget?

The budget depends on the materials, complexity, size and finish.

As an indication: a simple watch case starts from CHF 15-30 per piece (depending on volume), a complex box from CHF 50-150+ per piece, textile items from CHF 5-20 per piece.
